Matthew K. Hardee

About Me

Matthew Keith Hardee is an attorney with Hutchison & Tubiana whose practice includes real property, family law, land use, estate planning, and criminal law. Born and raised in the Florida Keys, Matthew has deep roots in the community and has been with the firm since March 2018.

Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2012. He continued his education at Florida International University College of Law, graduating in 2015, and returned to the Florida Keys in 2017 to practice law.

In addition to his legal practice, Matthew serves on the Key Largo Wastewater Treatment District’s Board of Commissioners as Secretary/Treasurer. As a member of the five-member board, he helps oversee the district’s business and affairs, supporting its mission to protect the Florida Keys’ delicate ecosystem while providing wastewater services to the community.

Matthew lives in Key Largo with his wife and their two dogs.
